After the recent terrorist attacks, the INS has suddenly become the focal point for everything wrong with America. You can expect more frequent I-9 Audits or inspections.  This is an expected result from an agency that is under the microscope and is trying to prove its usefulness to Congress.

More than likely, you are an honest, law abiding company that makes a genuine effort to do everything the right way.  The I-9 form, while appearing to be a simple form can be daunting, and the many aspects of the various acceptable documents, times to retain the forms, when to complete them and many other aspects of the I-9 can make the task of completing and maintaining it a real chore. 

Whether you are scheduled for an I-9 inspection, or whether you merely want to catch up and clean up your I-9's, you would do well to get professional assistance. My fee rate is simple.  Your company arranges hotel, rental car and flight reservations from Ontario, CA to your site.  My fee rate is $450 (per retired officer, depending on company size) per day and I guarantee you will get every penny's worth.
