Cara Cara (the bigger of the two) and the Meadowlark. The Cara Cara is
roughly the same size as the Spyderco Endura and the Meadowlark is about

This is the combo edge, part plain and part serrated, a good all around blade

Keep Your Knives Sharp
Admit it. You can't sharpen a
knife. Neither could I until I found the Lansky Sharpening System. The
idea behind sharpening a knife is to maintain the same angle on both sides of
the blade. Without this tool, it is very difficult. The Lansky
system clamps the knife securely and uses a set of graduated grit stones
attached to guide rods that fit through alignment holes on the knife clamp. The
result is a perfectly sharpened knife with very few strokes. If you would like
